Vegan Fish Burger by gone_vegan

💛 Recipe:
Serves 4 people⠀
Ingredients:⠀
14 ounces extra firm tofu, well drained⠀
7 ounces chickpeas ⠀
½ nori sheet (or 1 whole sheet for a more intense fish taste)⠀
3 spoons of chickpea flour (plus one cup to roll the patties in)⠀
One bunch of salad leaves⠀
4 spoons of vegan mayo⠀
4 spoons of cheese cream with chives⠀
1/2 tomatoes⠀
1 avocado⠀
4 burger buns⠀
Olive oil and salt at taste⠀

How to make:⠀
Drain the tofu and the chickpeas. Save some chickpea skins as scales. Chop your nori sheet into fine pieces. Chop the tofu as well and mix all 3 ingredients together. Add some Himalaya salt and chickpea flour. Form patties and leave them to rest in the fridge for a few hours. When ready simply heat 2 tablespoons of coconut oil or olive oil in a pan, fry till golden brown. Garnish your bun with Avocado slices, fresh lettuce and tomatoes. We added some vegan mayo with lemon and herbs to really make it authentic. Enjoy and be sure to share with family and friends. Enjoy!
