Super easy and gluten free spinach pancakes!!

🛒 INGREDIENTS (2 servings)
1 1/2 cup oatmeal
3/4 cup coconut milk
1 tsp baking powder
2/3 cup fresh spinach
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp agave syrup

👩🏽‍🍳METHOD
-Mix spinach, oats, baking powder, coconut milk, agave and olive oil in a food processor or blender.
-Cook your pancakes in a non-stick pan with a bit of oil.
-About 3 minutes on each side. Add your favorite toppings. Enjoy!🙌🏼
